Meet Anna
Warm, genuine, and here to listen.
My name is Anna, a qualified counsellor offering a safe, confidential space to explore what feels difficult. My practice is rooted in warmth, empathy and curiosity. I’ll gently challenge thinking when helpful, but never with criticism or judgement.
I bring lived experience of trauma, abuse and supporting neurodiverse loved ones. Sessions are available online, in person at St. Neots and Bedford counselling rooms, or walking and talking in nature.

How we’ll work together
Integrative, relational, and trauma-informed.
Integrated methods
I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic and EFT approaches, adapting the pace and tools to your needs.
Trauma Recovery Focused model
When supporting children and adults in recovery, I use the Trauma Recovery Focused (TRF) model to guide safe, staged progress.
Grounded in relationship
We move at your pace in a non-judgemental space, balancing gentle challenge with care so you feel seen, heard, and supported.
